City of Winnipeg* Residential Private Approach Installation: Superior Asphalt Paving is a licensed contractor for installation of private approaches in Winnipeg. City of Winnipeg private approaches have many rules and regulations regarding installation parameters. Our team has continual training to keep up to date on private approach requirements and can assist you with the required permit process. *Properties outside of Winnipeg will follow private approach guidelines as specified by their rural municipality.

City of Winnipeg Permit Requirements: When installing a new driveway (or removing and replacing an existing driveway) within the City of Winnipeg, a Development Permit is required. Properties located outside of Winnipeg do not require a development permit at this time.
