We’re Hiring an Estimator

Superior Asphalt is looking for an Estimator to join our growing team in Winnipeg.

This is an opportunity to build your career with a company that has proudly served Manitoba for over 40 years. You’ll work alongside an experienced team preparing estimates, reviewing project specifications, meeting with clients, and supporting a variety of asphalt, concrete, and site development projects. During the winter season, you’ll also help coordinate and manage a designated snow management zone, working closely with our operations team to ensure exceptional service for our clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Construction estimating experience is an asset
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
