Initial Inspection: Prior to seal coating, one of our experienced professionals will meet with you on site to go over the area to seal as well as discuss any other recommended maintenance. If asphalt patching or crack sealing is required, this will need to be performed prior to seal coating. Filling these imperfections ensures a smooth and uniform application of the seal coat.

Surface Preparation: We begin by thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove debris and dirt. This step is crucial to achieving proper adhesion of the seal coat.

Application of Seal Coat: Using high-quality seal coating materials, our experienced professionals apply the seal coat evenly across the asphalt surface, ensuring complete coverage.

Curing and Drying: After application, the seal coat needs time to cure and dry properly. All vehicle and foot traffic must stay off the sealed area during this time. This phase is essential for the sealant to bond effectively with the asphalt surface. Typically, 24 hours is required for this phase; extreme heat/humidity may lengthen the curing/drying time.

Final Inspection: Our team conducts a thorough inspection to ensure that the seal coating has been applied correctly and meets our quality standards.
